Our executive chef Alexandre brings years of Michelin experience, a steady hand, a deep love for classic French technique, and an eye for detail that turns every plate into a story. Chef Matteo builds on that foundation with curiosity and boldness. His cooking blends French roots with Mediterranean brightness and the freedom to try something unexpected. We work with intention, letting the best seasonal ingredients lead the way. Every flavour earns its place, some familiar and comforting, others surprising and new. It’s cooking that honors tradition but keeps moving forward.
The menu at Villa Coucou is never quite the same. It changes with the seasons and often even sooner, shaped by what inspires us that month. Join us for lunch or dinner, choosing from four to six courses, or let the full eight course signature menu take you all the way.
