Villa Coucou opened its doors in 2019, with the dream of creating a fine dining experience that feels both refined and relaxed. We serve French-Mediterranean cuisine in a setting that blends elegance with warmth. From business lunches to intimate dinners and private events, every experience is shaped with intention, rooted in quality, and led by a team that truly cares.

Gregory, our Restaurant Manager, didn’t plan on a career in hospitality. But after one summer in a restaurant, everything changed. He fell in love with the energy of the floor, the fast pace, the team spirit, and the emotion that comes with creating something for others. Since then, it has never been just a job.
Today, Gregory leads the service team at Villa Coucou. He brings focus, calm, and a deep commitment to guest experience. Nothing is overdone, nothing is forced. He keeps the atmosphere light, while making sure every detail is right. Whether you're here for a quiet lunch or a full evening, Gregory makes sure it feels personal.
